The New Voyager are a small publishing house that work with local artists to create interactive maps for kids to help them find exciting things to do in a new city. I had the pleasure of working on the London edition and working with them to develop a map that showed London in a new illustrative style.
Bloom magazine offer a modern and contemporary view on everything garden and botanics. This article that I worked on with them was to show the joy and benefits of children exploring and playing in nature. It was such a fun piece to work on and capture the pure happiness that is enjoying the great outdoors.
Working on numerous briefs and articles for their feature 'Life and Times' of their weekly magazine, I illustrated many different topics and subjects for the writers of the Telegraph. I loved working with the editor to create eye catching work that captured the message.
I worked with Christie's International Real Estate Magazine on a wonderful article about how and why to buy your own private island. They wanted a spread that showed the contrast between city life and tropical get aways and to capture the feeling of both.
Hackney Church Brew Company stand for one thing above everything else, community, and that was the focus to working on their brand illustration. They wanted an illustration that captured the vibrancy of Hackney in London and to then apply each character across the brand to create a real sense of togetherness. I loved working on this piece and capturing all the diversity the area has.
Friends + Family are a music management and production company that's core values stem from working with a very intermate group of people that are treated with the love and respect of family. They wanted to develop a set of brand characters that highlighted some of the personal ways we all enjoy music everyday that they could then apply across their platforms.
I worked closely with the team at Davy J to create a collection of characters that focused and emphasised their designs in action, in the sea. We developed this lovely set of diverse women that was then applied to the packing for their new collection.
I developed a few characters for this popular Pizzeria working closely with them to pick up on the elements that made their brand special as well as designing simple yet bold illustrations that felt personal but easy to use.
